Robot fighting
in Romania

After France, Monaco and Switzerland, FCL opens a national humanoid robot fighting league in Romania. Run from Bucharest by co-founder Maximilian Cretulescu, it follows the summer 2027 galas.

A Romanian league in the FCL network

Romania is FCL's fourth territory, after France, Monaco and Switzerland. FCL is building the same format there: regular galas of human-piloted humanoid robot fights, national standings and teams that represent the country abroad.

The launch is planned after the Swiss stop, which follows the summer 2027 Riviera series. The dates and the venue of the first gala in Bucharest will be announced to subscribers first.

Why Romania?

  • A co-founder on the ground: Maximilian Cretulescu, who is Romanian, leads the league's development from Bucharest.
  • An active tech and gaming scene: pilots, content creators and a crowd already at home with esports.
  • Teams that travel: the best Romanian teams fight at FCL galas in France and at international meetings.

The same format as Paris

An FCL gala in Bucharest follows the running order of every gala in the league: robots on show when doors open, pilots' undercard, creator fights, then the main event. The robots are Unitree humanoids piloted in real time by a human from outside the cage. The humanoid robot fighting guide explains how it works.

Join the Romanian league

  • Pilots: athletes, gamers and performers based in Romania, applications are open now.
  • Creators: Romanian YouTubers, streamers and TikTokers for the creator fights.
  • Brands and venues: partners, clubs and venues in Bucharest and the major cities.

Before Bucharest

The first FCL gala takes place in Paris, in January 2027, followed by the galas in Nice, Cannes and Monaco, then the stop in Switzerland. Every gala is streamed live on Twitch, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. The full calendar is on the robot fighting in France page.
